Phil McCarthy-Clarke – Head of Innovation
Phil is an innovation professional with responsibility for creating new products and ventures that capitalise upon VocaLink’s unique technical capabilities and its trusted role at the heart of UK and European payment services. He led the team that launched VocaLink's industry platform for international remittances and was the creative force behind VocaLink’s new online ACH payment method. Phil is known for his astute projections about landmark changes and trends in emerging technology.

Martin Kearsley –Head of Innovation Delivery
Martin is responsible for turning innovative product ideas into successful businesses. Having delivered the OneVu e-bill presentment and payment service to the UK market as a joint venture, Martin is now focusing his team’s efforts on developing an online payment method in the UK. The new service harnesses the power of real-time payments and Martin is applying his detailed understanding of internet banking to ensure the best fit with bank business models.
