Richard Cooper – Head of Corporate Communications
Richard is a charismatic business leader and manages the busy team that carries out the company’s creative services and marketing communications. Earlier this year, Richard led a complex project that developed and launched the new VocaLink brand. He is responsible for the company’s presence at Sibos and for media relations.



Liz Oakes – Senior Marketing Manager
Liz is well known in the payments industry and has been influential in bringing VocaLink closer to its European market in the run up to day one of the SEPA. Her thorough understanding of the impact of SEPA on banks has shaped the company’s thinking and its approach to engaging with its collaborators and customers.

Kerry Fraser – Events Marketing Manager 
Kerry has orchestrated VocaLink’s presence at Sibos this year. Kerry determines and manages the company’s participation in industry events, conferences and exhibitions.  Her attention to detail and careful planning skills are an invaluable asset in her role in coordinating complex projects.
