Helen Dinsdale – Head of Financial Sector Business Development
Helen is responsible for the strength and growth of VocaLink’s relationships with the many organisations that use VocaLink services. Helen leads a team of account managers focused on different market segments. Her team ensure that VocaLink anticipates the business needs of its market. Helen’s clarity of thought and purpose have contributed to the achievement of a 46% share of the UK ATM driving market for VocaLink

John Doyle – SWIFT Relationship Manager
John’s career working with SWIFT has made him a world expert on SWIFT services. As VocaLink continues to attract new business around the world, the company’s use of SWIFT services is growing rapidly. VocaLink’s relationship with SWIFT dates back to the 1960s. His sound understanding of the SWIFT business enables John to shape the VocaLink strategy for engagement with SWIFT in the future.

Simon Hogben – Head of UK and Ireland Business Development
Simon is highly regarded within the industry and leads many of the company’s business development activities. Simon’s team have considerable expertise across the ATM value chain and has been instrumental in forging relationships with domestic ATM networks around the world.
