Most customers not using Fixed Extranet Connect choose DSL connect. It offers the reassurance of business continuity. Customers have access to specialist support staff to make sure payment data gets through to us safely and securely in all circumstances. It offers uncontended 256Kbps connectivity to our processing services, a four-hour fault response time, helpdesk support and progress reporting.
Broadband Direct
This starter kit gives an ‘always on’, fast connection to our secure private network. It is designed for those starting out as a Bacs submitter with small or infrequent amounts of data to send. The fixed monthly fee and no call charges making it convenient and cost effective.
