VocaLink places a high value on the physical and mental health of its employees and is committed to measuring this to assess the health of its workforce.  As a responsible employer with a 'duty of care' to its employees, VocaLink seeks to gain a balance between organisational and personal pressures and demands.

VocaLink is responsible for the health, safety and welfare of its employees at work and recognises that their wellbeing is important to the delivery of the Company's services.

  • Recognising the importance of skilled management individuals in all areas by appropriate and ongoing management training and encouraging good practice.
  • Recognising that just as individuals have different physical and mental abilities so they also have individual stress tolerances, which influence optimum performance and job satisfaction.
  • Helping staff at all levels manage stress in themselves and in those they manage by early recognition and appropriate intervention.
  • Be aware of or identify early signs of stress in team members.
