Corporate social responsibility
Our approach to corporate social responsibility is informed by
our values and our business objectives. This has enabled VocaLink
to create a positive impact on society through our corporate
presence and individual contributions. Our CSR programme is
sponsored at Board and Executive level and led by a structured
steering group. We focus on promoting and supporting companywide
initiatives and individual charitable activities through four
inter-related workstreams, each with its own Executive
sponsor:
- Nick Masterson-Jones, Director of Transaction Services, sponsors our Communities: contributing positively to the communities where we work and do business.
- Mark Chapman, Director of Commercial Marketing, sponsors our Marketplace: supporting and inspiring young people, by helping them to achieve their goals.
- Debbie Lombard, Director of HR&OD, sponsors our People: valuing the commitment and contribution of our people, by promoting a stimulating and engaging workplace culture.
- Ian Gausden, Chief Operating Officer, sponsors our Environment: improving our working environment and our impact on the global environment.
