Debbie joined Bacs in 1991. Within VocaLink she is responsible
for enabling high levels of performance amongst all employees.
Working in partnership with executive and senior management, her
primary aim is to identify, recommend and implement all aspects of
human resources and operational development strategy.
Debbie has over 15 years experience with the organisation; a
multi-site company that has transformed from an operational
not-for-profit organisation into a commercial and competitive
player in the international payments industry.
