Tim Ensor-Clinch

Tim joined Bacs in 2003 to assist with the corporate
restructuring process from which VocaLink was created as a separate
infrastructure provider. He is responsible for the provision of
legal and company secretarial services and is counsel to the group
board, chairman and chief executive officer. Tim is also group
company secretary for the holding company and intermediate
subsidiary companies. His department is responsible for the
management and provision of all legal and related advice and
assistance across all business divisions.
Tim has been instrumental in the development of the VocaLink
core scheme legal frameworks and the development of the company's
corporate governance structure. Tim was called to the Bar in 1997
and has over 10 years experience as in-house counsel working in
diverse industries.
