Your time with us
During your time with us you will have the opportunity to work alongside our industry experts, developing transferable skills that will improve your employability after graduation in the competitive finance industry.

You may:

• Work on developing the ongoing strategy to deal with the enormous amount of change that the payments industry will continue to experience
• Conduct market analysis to increase your knowledge and understand strategy
• Assist in the defining and development of products and services
• Manage the relationships between IT and the business
• Work with the marketing and communications team to learn about marketing and brand development and the creation of collateral.
• Support new ventures as they are launched

Your development
At VocaLink we believe in investing in our people. Many courses are available to develop skills you will be able to take into the post-university world. We have the Investors in People accreditation, and a recent survey showed that three in four staff use and develop the skills that they have acquired.

We provide each student with a mentor to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the year, and beyond. Students have used VocaLink as the subject of university projects, and the people they have worked with have been delighted to provide assistance and insights that would not normally be available.

Successful placements may lead to opportunities after graduation.
