Our community programme aims to promote a financially inclusive society creating a positive impact with our partner organisations and providing added value to our stakeholders.

Financial Inclusion is a key performance area identified by VocaLink as part of its sustainability strategy and we are working with a number of community partners to address this complex issue which the Government has recognised as an important priority for the financial landscape in the UK.

VocaLink is proud of its collaboration with the LINK scheme company.  A low-cost model to introduce free-to-use ATMs in areas of social deprivation has been introduced.  Hundreds of free-to-use ATMs are already installed in these areas, and we are committed to widening access to financial services through our ATM network.

As an active member of Business in the Community VocaLink participates in projects that address financial inclusion such as Business Action on Homeless and the Harrogate Homeless Project.

Our long-standing commitment to education continues with our work experience programme and our partnership with Young Enterprise.
