Enhanced Transmission Service (ETS) is a strategic connectivity channel for banks, large organisations and government departments.  It is designed to carry any type of data payload swiftly, securely and in large volumes.  ETS anticipates the evolving needs of the payments industry.  How does it work?

Transmitted data is wrapped in a standardised envelope. Whatever service the data is destined for, and whatever the format of the data, ETS handles the data in a uniform manner. If new services or payment formats are introduced, ETS will easily adapt. ETS harnesses the VocaLink PKI that is used for the other processing services we support in the UK.

ETS can be used to collect and transmit data to the processing services we provide for Bacs Ltd and the Faster Payments service.
