Our experience is just one of the reasons why BGC, the Swedish national automated clearing house, has outsourced processing of its payments to VocaLink. BGC chose VocaLink as an assured way of upgrading its technology to make it ‘future-proof’, to cut costs and to accelerate new product development, whilst retaining control. This is the first time that processing of a national payments scheme has been outsourced to a non-domestic provider.
