The DDO (Direct Debit Originator’s) extract is of most benefit to banks and software suppliers. It contains information on organisations authorised to originate Direct Debits and can be used when resolving customer queries relating to Direct Debits. The DDO extract is provided by VocaLink under licence from Bacs Payment Schemes Limited.
The DDO Extract is updated daily. You can subscribe to the DDO service and download an extract at a frequency that meets your business needs.

Subscribe to download the DDO Extract
To subscribe to the DDO service, you must:
- Download, complete and sign the DDO order form
- Download, complete and sign the VocaLink Direct Debit instruction
- Print and sign the terms and conditions
- Download the technical specification of the file type you wish to use (flat file or XML).
