OneVu is our consolidated e-bill presentment and payments
service. It's one way we're adding value to the payments
process.
We already manage many household bills through the direct debit
system. OneVu takes this a step further, providing a single
platform for viewing all bills.
OneVu's service is free to retail customers. They get to see all
of their registered bills in one place. Every time a new bill
arrives they're notified via email. They can check all their
payments at the same time, greatly simplifying administration.
OneVu is available both as a standalone and also as a white
label product. Three of the UK's largest banks - Lloyds TSB, RBS
and Nat West - use it in their internet banking systems. Their
online banking customers benefit from broader financial management
services. Customers can pay bills and check their statements on the
same page.
Participating suppliers profit from lower paper and postage
costs as their customers switch to electronic billing. They also
gain from increased consistency. OneVu automatically enters
relevant reference numbers and account details, reducing the risk
of misplaced payments.
