Customers occasionally change their technical environments and processing systems. Please inform us of any system upgrades to ensure connectivity to Vocalink services is not compromised.

Pre-deployment testing

We can provide pre-deployment test facilities to assess the effect of any specific change. Our systems support a very wide range of connectivity options so in most cases there will be no impact. But where needed, we will modify our infrastructure so there is a seamless transition.

Updates to existing systems
